Looking for a consummate professional, an individual who is a team player, extremely resourceful, with enormous drive and psychological energy. The individual must be able to cross train in multiple areas of the company, and able to adapt to diverse environments. Creativity, attention to detail and organizational skills are a must as well as the ability to adjust to constant change. Individual will support key relationships, must have extraordinary writing skills and be able to maintain schedule and manage principle’s time. Project management and research are a major component of the job. Ideally, candidate should have a four-year degree or concentration in one of the following: business, communications, journalism, with a focus in writing.
Depending on the time of the year, travel can make up as much as 50% of the position. When not traveling, time will be split between San Diego and the Palm Springs area. In addition, hours will vary, i.e. not a 9 to 5 job. The position will also warrant this individual to be on call.
A logistical background is a plus along with knowledge of keynote and apple software.
