Pioneer and develop new accounts and markets as needed per business strategy, including selecting segments and accounts to target, developing target list, leading execution, making personal calls, and other action required to achieve the objective. Analyze and optimize routes to market in coordination with overall company channel strategy for assigned product lines Coordinate all elements of marketing communications for assigned product lines, engaging corporate marketing, agency, public relations, and other resources to execute a well-coordinated plan. Manage direct marketing budget of approximately $1-2 million for assigned product lines Lead cross functional teams to flawlessly execute major projects, including sales blitzes, new product launches, major promotions, product repositioning, and other key initiatives.
