Position Title: Lead IT Application Developer - Sharepoint DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Work under minimal supervision and as part of an overall SharePoint support team to: Provide SharePoint 2013 technical website support on an ongoing basis for internal and external corporate sites. Provide technical support and guidance for the SharePoint internal/portal farms as well as the kbr.com SharePoint 2013 environment. Maintain and improve system availability, performance and functionality. Be available after hours to provide support. Produce and maintain documentation for SharePoint systems including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and detailed design documents. Champion technical governance and guidelines for the SharePoint environments and create/maintain processes related to those initiatives. Delivery of solutions through either interface configurations or customization. Will be expected to take responsibility for the quality of their work through testing and appropriate technical documentation. Participate in planning and execution of tasks related to the evaluation of SharePoint based initiatives, i.e., version upgrades, 3rd party solutions, and integration with other KBR applications. QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Candidate must be able to support the installation, configuration, security, operation and maintenance of all web portal servers, equipment, and software related to the SharePoint infrastructure. Under general supervision solves complex problems requiring detailed knowledge of field and industry best practices. Other Requirements: An undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration or Engineering is preferred. Application Microsoft Certifications are preferred. Candidate must have over 6 years of experience with Sharepoint 2010, 2013 and 4 years ofxperience with .NET Demonstrated experience designing and developing web pages and web parts, master pages and layout pages for the SharePoint platform. Ability to translate business requirements into solutions using out of the box functionality or customizations Experience in web architecture and management of web servers and developing static and dynamic Web Pages in ASP.NET, ASP, JAVA SCRIPT, XML, HTML, DHTML, CSS, ANGULAR JS, SSRS, C#, JQUERY, Candidate must have hands-on experience in doing website design, CSS (bootstrap), and leveraging other website related technologies.
